Erasmus+

60.000 Euro

The Nordic Youth Peers project aims to enhance the mental and social well-being of youth, particularly those in vulnerable situations in Iceland and Finland. By exchanging knowledge between organizations in youth work and mental health, it seeks to increase organizational capacity for digital youth support and

peer mentoring. Key activities include Intentional Peer Support (IPS) training, managing online
communities through platforms like Sekasin Gaming, and piloting a youth-focused digital platform in Iceland, all designed to create safe, inclusive, and supportive online spaces for young people.
